Relaxed and Restored candles are made using 100% soy wax with a non-toxic cotton wick. For the first burn, allow the wax to melt across the entire candle. This typically takes about 3-4 hours and will ensure a long lasting, even burn.

We recommend that you don’t burn your candle longer than 4 hours at a time and that you trim your wick to a 1/4” prior to every lighting . This level of care will preserve the life span of your candle and will prevent mushrooming ; which is a by-product of carbon build up.

For your safety, place your lit candle on a flat surface away from anything that is flammable. Never leave your candle unattended and be mindful to keep it away from pets , children and drafts .

Since soy is a living organism , it will continue to expand and change from its current form over time. This could slightly impact the appearance, giving it a frosted look . These intricacies are normal and indicate that you have purchased a 100% soy wax candle.
